Important Notes:
This fee is not mandated by the state, but dealerships are allowed to charge it.
In Connecticut (where Napoli Motors is located), dealerships must clearly disclose the conveyance fee in writing.
The fee does not include DMV registration fees, taxes, or optional services like extended warranties.
When the Buyer elects were appropriate to submit the documentation for registration and transfer of ownership to the commissioner of motor vehicles, the dealer conveyance fee shall be reduced by $35.00.
*Note: If a lienholder or record exists, the dealer must submit the documentation to the department of motor vehicles.
