As always, Michelle was friendly, professional, and helpful. I was a bit disappointed with GMC however. My Canyon has only 9800 miles and the second oil change was supposed to be part of the new car coverage. Was told that it expired August 31st. Thought good business would be to offer the service without charge as I am a long term customer currently servicing two Canyons. It was the principle of the issue more than the cost.

The service I received was ok. I was not happy with the fact that when I dropped my vehicle off at 11am it hadn't been looked at at 4p when I received an update. On the second day, it was finally looked at where a new muffler needed to be installed but the muffler want onsite and needed to be ordered. By the third day, I finally had my vehicle back. I understand that sometimes the service center can get busy and, as a result,things can take longer. But if I have an appointment, my vehicle should be looked at the first day that it's there. The staff is typically friendly and I haven't had any issues with repairs being performed poorly so far.

I was very upset with my last service visit. I routinely take my vehicle into dealership. I was there 6 weeks prior and had a transmission flush and asked if anything was needed I was assured everything is up to date. Then 2 weeks ago my car started driving irregularly, so I brought it in for service and my transfer case needed to be replaced because there was zero oil in it. I asked how this could happen? They never ever mentioned or said it needed to be replaced. I asked to get some clarification from the service manager were he totally dismissed me. I explained that I was a very loyal customer and also have been leasing cars from sister brand Nissan for 20 years is there anything he could do for me? He said we took $800 off the price of Job. I asked him to show me on receipt that in fact is was discounted. He said I didn't put on paperwork we just did it. I don't think that's how a loyal customer should be treated.

The staff were very professional and helpful. The job was performed well, to my knowledge, The facilities are quite nice. The job took too long. An oil change should take no more than 30 minutes. Running a car through the car wash after that should take way less than an additional 30 minutes. To change the oil in my truck and get it washed took nearly two and a half hours. This could stand to be improved. Hope this helps.

First of all I don’t like you AI, I like speaking to a real person. Had LOF rotate tire done. For some reason I was charged $18.59 for a new plug.. I don’t know why pan was not leaking. If it was stripped it was done by you, you are only one to service since bought from you. Second where is the multi point inspection sheet. Told me I needed front brake, can’t afford now, you don’t give written estimate any more, I want to see what I’m paying for. Maybe you want me to go somewhere.

Brought my truck in for an oil change. I expressed that I had a concern with a squealing noise that my truck had started to make after I made my appointment for the oil change. I provided all the information I could bout the noise.I was told a tech would look at after the oil change. Upon completion I was told that " I shouldn't be worried about the noise." I said a truck that is a year old with 14,000 miles on shouldn't squeal every time I accelerate. The person with my paperwork said " Yeah that's just how it is". This is the 3rd car I've purchased here. I certainly don't think a truck that costs roughly $70,000 should squeal when I accelerate. I didn't find the explanation acceptable and had I had more time I certainly would have put up more of fight about it. I will absolutely think twice about using you for service in the future.

I usually dread having to buy a new car, mostly due to predatory sales tactics at other dealerships in the area. At D’Addario, I was finally able to feel at ease. Greg showed us the cars we came to see from online listings, but also let me drive the Encore I ended up buying, without pressuring me. He and Josh negotiated a great price for us.
