My car was towed there and sat 7 days before it was even looked at.it was determined it was the battery which was fixed on day 8. Total cost $571!! $354 for battery $198 labor Added tax Bought the car at this dealership but was informed I was not a preferred customer. Now I won’t be a customer at all!

Very friendly and professional service, all at the service desk were very accommodating as I came in (with my pup who they were also very friendly to) and signed me in, I was able to get a ride to my office and was called as agreed when the truck service was completed. I jhaven't had any bad experience with the Service Department in all of the years I have done business with them.

****ario D'Addario GMC is the BEST! On my fifth vehicle with the D'Addario family (GMC and Nissan) and never disappointed with the great care from sales, maintenance and most recently the collision center. As I navigated a recent insurance claim due to falling tree damage to my GMC Sierra, at my request the collision center provided an on the spot (and unscheduled) estimate, opened a work order, and ordered parts even before my insurance company initiated their claim. This expedited my repairs and returned my vehicle ahead of schedule to support my schedule. Thank you Bob Graf and the entire staff at the collision center for the great care and service!

As always, Michelle was friendly, professional, and helpful. I was a bit disappointed with GMC however. My Canyon has only 9800 miles and the second oil change was supposed to be part of the new car coverage. Was told that it expired August 31st. Thought good business would be to offer the service without charge as I am a long term customer currently servicing two Canyons. It was the principle of the issue more than the cost.

I was very upset with my last service visit. I routinely take my vehicle into dealership. I was there 6 weeks prior and had a transmission flush and asked if anything was needed I was assured everything is up to date. Then 2 weeks ago my car started driving irregularly, so I brought it in for service and my transfer case needed to be replaced because there was zero oil in it. I asked how this could happen? They never ever mentioned or said it needed to be replaced. I asked to get some clarification from the service manager were he totally dismissed me. I explained that I was a very loyal customer and also have been leasing cars from sister brand Nissan for 20 years is there anything he could do for me? He said we took $800 off the price of Job. I asked him to show me on receipt that in fact is was discounted. He said I didn't put on paperwork we just did it. I don't think that's how a loyal customer should be treated.

The service I received was ok. I was not happy with the fact that when I dropped my vehicle off at 11am it hadn't been looked at at 4p when I received an update. On the second day, it was finally looked at where a new muffler needed to be installed but the muffler want onsite and needed to be ordered. By the third day, I finally had my vehicle back. I understand that sometimes the service center can get busy and, as a result,things can take longer. But if I have an appointment, my vehicle should be looked at the first day that it's there. The staff is typically friendly and I haven't had any issues with repairs being performed poorly so far.
